Users of the A&B Taxi app will be able to receive an instant journey quote with the option of several types of cars available.
Our booking system gives priority to A&B app users. This means you’ll have a greater chance of securing a taxi during peak hours, especially if you book in advance. As many of you know Basildon, Wickford, Laindon and other areas struggle at peak times, so ensure that you book in advance.
Once booked you will be able to see your driver approach your direction and an estimated time of arrival (ETA). No more guessing when the taxi will arrive.
You’re also able to cancel the booking from the app and see a live bird’s eye view of drivers available in the local area.
The A&B app gives you the option to save addresses and payment details.
Several payment options are available, including the option to use cash which is unavailable by mainstream taxi apps. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Our Credit card payment method is secure and comes with 3D secure verification.
If you’re happy with the service your driver provided, you are able to provide feedback, but this is not compulsory.
